Signed webhooks for a watch, a watchlist, a hunter or a whole site (subscribe_network_webhook), and an RSS or Atom feed for each.

Publish a watch

preview_network_watch shows exactly what becomes public; publish_network_watch publishes that preview. Needs a key allowed to publish.
